This is our simple process.
1. Book An Initial Assessment
Schedule an Initial Assessment through our Online Booking in the Jane Health App or by calling 905-991-3668. During your initial assessment appointment your advanced foot care nurse will do a full health history, an initial foot health assessment and provide foot care. Initial Assessments can be up to 1.5 hours in duration.
2. Each Appointment Includes
• A comprehensive foot and lower-leg assessment
• Thorough nail and skin care
• Use of sterilized, medical-grade instruments
• Personalized education and self-care guidance
• Referrals to allied healthcare providers if clinically indicated.
Our approach is gentle, clinically informed, and centered on promoting safe, comfortable, and healthy feet.
3. Ongoing Follow-Up Care
Follow-up care is typically every 6-8 weeks, but you can decide with your nurse on a plan that works for you. Follow-up Appointments can be up to 1 hour in duration.
