Need Help Booking Online?

You’ll be asked to sign in or create a client profile in our secure booking system powered by Jane App.  This includes your name, contact details, and basic health information. A caregiver can complete this on behalf of a parent or loved one.

Next, on the left side of the screen you’ll select the type of foot care appointment you need and choose an available date and time that works best for you. 

- If it is your first appointment, you will select "Initial Assessment" and either "In-Home" or "In Facility".  "In-Home" means that the nurse will come to your personal residence. "In Facility" means that the nurse will be coming to where you live in your retirement home, group home or other facility.  

- If it is not your first appointment, then you will select "Follow-up" and either "In-Home" or "In facility".

🟢 Tip: Appointments are clearly labeled, and you’ll see how long each visit is.

You may be asked to complete short intake or consent forms online. These help your Registered Nurse prepare for your visit and ensure safe, appropriate care.  If you cannot complete them online, they can be completed with the nurse at the first visit.  If you are booking for a loved one and you are their power of attorney, please complete the consent form (it may be emailed to you) so that your loved one can have their foot care done by the nurse. 

🟢 Good to know: Forms can be completed at your own pace and saved.

You’ll see payment options, including:

- Paying in person (cash, cheque, or credit card), or

- Saving a credit card securely to be automatically billed after the appointment

Once booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation and automatic reminders before your appointment.

Your Registered Nurse from Foot Care Canada will arrive at your home on the scheduled day with all required equipment.
